Bunhill Fields

In 2002, I organised a tour of Bunhill Fields for the FIEC's Social Issues Team.  After one of our meetings, we had a wonderful time there, knowledgeably led by Dr Robert Oliver.

This is the tomb of Dr John Owen, said by some to be the greatest English theologian ever.

This is Isaac Watt's grave, said by many to be the greatest hymnwriter ever.

Here lie the remains of Suzanna Wesley,
mother of the famous John and Charles.

This is me by the tomb of Joseph Hart,
one of my favourite hymnwriters.
