Birthdays' Lunch at The Crab at Chieveley, 4 October 2008

Goat's cheese mille feuille, Tuscan salad and reduced balsamic. Crab and parsley cake, with mussel and mustard cream. Tuna Niçoise salad and
 aioli dressing.
Steamed cod, curly kale, sautéed chorizo and tarragon beurre blanc.

 

Fillet of brill, pink grapefruit and fennel risotto and coriander pesto. Mackerel in Pernod with thin chips and rocket and Parmesan salad. Apple and blaxckberry pie with vanilla ice cream. Dark chocolate partfait orange anglaise and raspberry coulis.
